UNI the Italian Organization for Standardization is a private non- profit organization founded in 1921 and recognized by the State and the European Union to study develop approve and publish voluntary standards - the so-called "UNI "- in all sectors of industrial commercial and service sectors (except in those electrical and electrical). UNI members are businesses professionals associations government agencies research centers and schools. UNI represents Italy at the organizations European Standardisation (CEN) and international (ISO).
